Pumac 1 is the first building from the entire project located on the site of the former Pumac industrial platform in Iuliu Maniu Blvd., one of the most important boulevards in the city, benefiting from very good visibility. Its location provides access to different means of transportation and amenities, while the design ensures flexible office spaces that can fit any company culture and identity.
