The project aims to renovate the historic building and integrate it in a future class A office project, thus allowing the city to recuperate an extremely beautiful edifice of great cultural importance. The new building with an area above ground of approximately 12,500 sq. m will meet the best space and energy performance standards, harmoniously integrating with the historic centre of Bucharest.
