01The Challenge

As Leroy Merlin continued to grow its operations in Romania, the company faced the need to relocate its headquarters to a larger, more advanced office environment. The challenge was to find a high-quality space that could meet the company’s expanding team requirements while aligning with its long-term vision for innovation, collaboration, and performance. 02The Solution

To address this need, Leroy Merlin chose to lease approximately 4,000 square meters of office space in Floreasca Park, a premium office complex located in Bucharest’s Floreasca – Barbu Văcărescu district, one of the city’s most prominent business hubs. The transaction, which was one of the largest office deals of the year, was successfully brokered by our office agency. Floreasca Park, owned by Resolution Property and Zeus Capital Management, offered a compelling mix of energy efficiency, sustainability, and connectivity. The property comprises two Grade A buildings connected by a large underground parking area and holds a BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Its strategic location, modern design, and tenant-focused services made it an ideal choice for a dynamic and forward-looking company like Leroy Merlin.
